Louisiana State Dutch Oven Cook-Off

Lake Bistineau State Park Doyline, Louisiana
Cooking begins at 10:00 am. You may start your fire/charcoal prior to 10:00 am.
The cook-off is a three pot cook-off consisting of a Main Entrée, Dessert and Bread (must be sourdough or yeast). Entry Fee is $20.00 per team.
Judging Starts at 2:00 PM You will need to provide 3 copies of your recipe for each dish turned in.
2:00 PM Bread
2:30 PM Main Dish
3:00 PM Dessert
Winners will be announced at the 4:00 PM.
Bill Ryan is the coordinator for this event only and will not have any decisions concerning the cook-off/field judge’s selection and any/all judge’s scores.
