The Remington Carriage Museum and the Government Of Alberta in conjunction with the Chinook Winds Dutch Oven Club are pleased to announce that the mini chucks cook off will be held the 22nd of August at the museum in Cardston Alberta. This is a WCCO qualifier. The cook off will follow the three pot criteria with the Grand Aggregate winner being given an invitation to worlds. Cooking starts at 9am with main being presented at 1:30pm breads at 2:00 and deserts at 2:30. prizes will be awarded for all three categories. Entry fee is 25 dollars for all three or 10 for single category. A youth event will also be held with no entry fee for them any thing goes.
